Joanne and Jason’s wedding day began under sunny skies and beautiful weather- perfect for capturing timeless memories. We had two wedding photographers on the day to ensure every moment was covered. One joined Joanne during her morning preparations, while the other spent time with Jason.
Both Joanne and Jason were incredibly warm and open to ideas, which made the day flow effortlessly. Joanne’s preparation was lively and full of energy, with family and friends creating a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere. Amid the joyful chaos, we focused on candid moments and a few classic portraits. One unforgettable moment was when Joanne read her heartfelt message to her bridesmaids- tears flowed, and emotions filled the room.
Over at Jason’s side, the mood was just as fun! The groom and his groomsmen shared plenty of laughs during their photoshoot and preparations. A particularly touching moment was Jason’s father helping him get dressed- a quiet, emotional exchange as he saw his son ready to marry the love of his life.
The ceremony at St. Luke Evangelist Catholic Church was a beautiful celebration surrounded by family and friends. Joy radiated through the church, especially during the couple’s first kiss and their walk down the aisle as husband and wife.
After the ceremony, we explored Parramatta and Lauriston House for the photoshoot. Joanne and Jason were natural in front of the camera, and the results were stunning- timeless images full of love and laughter.
The reception at Lauriston House was nothing short of magical. The couple made a fairytale entrance, followed by lively drumming and dancing that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Their first dance was pure romance- a perfect ending to a day filled with joy, love, and candid moments.
